Or. Admin. Code § 859-400-0110 - Public Meetings Law
(1) All sex
offender relief hearings shall be open to the public in accordance with the
Public Meetings Law.
(2)
Deliberations of the Panel shall not be open to the public. For the purposes of
this subsection, the term "public" does not include PSRB employees or
staff.
