Or. Admin. Code § 860-001-0510 - Subpoenas
(1) A subpoena may
be issued by an attorney of record for a party and subscribed by the signature
of the attorney.
(2) Parties not
represented by an attorney may request the issuance of a subpoena by the ALJ.
The request must be in writing and identify the general relevance and
reasonable scope of the testimonial, documentary, or physical evidence
sought.
(3) Requests for subpoenas
duces tecum must specify a particular document or part of a document to be
produced.
(4) Parties must serve
subpoenas as provided in the circuit courts of the State of Oregon under the
ORCP.
