Or. Admin. Code § 860-023-0091 - Electric Service Continuity
(1)
An electric company must use reasonable means in design, operation, and
maintenance to ensure reliable service to each customer. Such means include,
but are not limited to, programs to minimize service interruptions.
(2) An electric company must have documented
programs to maintain appropriate reliability levels.
(3) When an interruption occurs, each
electric company must reestablish service with the shortest possible delay
consistent with the safety of its employees, customers, and the
public.
(4) An electric company
must have recordkeeping systems in place to determine, and track interruptions,
facilitate interruption restoration, and collect and analyze interruption
data.
(5) This rule is effective
beginning January 1, 2012.
