Or. Admin. Code § 918-282-0000 - Electrical Contractors in General
(1) An electrical contractor license is a
specialized license allowing a company to engage in the business of making
electrical installations. This license is in addition to the licensing and
bonding required by the Construction Contractors Board.
(2)
(a)
Generally, the contractor is required to have a full-time general supervising
electrician to supervise the electrical work and sign permits; and
(b) Generally, the electrical installations
are required to be made by individuals holding an appropriate electrical
license.
