Or. Admin. Code § 918-282-0010 - Electrical Contractor License
An electrical contractor:
(1) Shall continuously employ at least one
full-time general supervising electrician except as otherwise
exempted;
(2) Is not authorized to
make, direct, supervise or control the making of an electrical installation,
unless properly licensed; and
(3)
Shall display its electrical license at each of the contractor's places of
business. If the contractor has multiple places of business, a facsimile of the
license may be posted. The object of this requirement is to display the scope
of electrical authority held by the contractor
