Or. Admin. Code § 918-515-0360 - License Renewal
(1) Licenses
issued under ORS chapter 446 and
918-515-0480 expire on January 1
of the second year following issuance.
(2) An application for renewal of a current
license must provide:
(a) Evidence of
continuing education credits; and
(b) The required renewal fees as set forth in
OAR 918-500-0100.
(3) 45 days prior to license
expiration, the division mails each licensee a license renewal
application.
(4) A license renewal
application must be submitted to the division prior to the expiration date of
the license. Persons wishing to apply for a license after their license has
expired must reapply for a new license and meet all requirements of a new
applicant. The division is not responsible for notification if the licensee has
changed addresses without notifying the division within 30 days of the address
change.
