Or. Admin. Code § 950-033-0000 - REALD and SOGI Grant Program
(1) Establishes
the REALD & SOGI Grant Program Rules. The Program offers grants supporting
safe data collection by community health organizations and community-based
groups with demonstrated experience serving tribal communities, communities of
color, LGBTQ+ people, people with disabilities, people who speak primary
languages other than English and other underserved populations.

Purpose and Scope
(b) ORS 413.166 requires the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) to develop and administer a grant
program to provide funding for the purpose of supporting safe REALD & SOGI
data collection by community health organizations and community-based groups
with demonstrated experience serving tribal communities, communities of color,
LGBTQIA2S+ people, people with disabilities, people who speak primary languages
other than English and other underserved populations. These rules implement
that grant program, referred to as the REALD & SOGI grant
program.
