Or. Admin. Code § 966-100-0200 - Definitions
(1) "Brownfields" means real property where
expansion or redevelopment is complicated by actual or perceived environmental
contamination as defined in ORS
285A.185(1);
(2) "ERRC" means the Economic Recovery Review
Council.
(3) "RSIA" means a
Regionally Significant Industrial Area designated by the ERRC based on criteria
as defined in ORS 197.722(2).
