12 Pa. Code § 117.55 - Definitions
The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: Department-The Department of Community and Economic Development of the Commonwealth.
Fund-The Local Government Capital Projects Loans Fund.
