Building system documentation approved under §
145.52 (relating to approval of
building system documentation) may contain variations or a range of variations
for one or more elements of the industrialized housing, housing components,
industrialized buildings or building components described in the building
system documentation, provided that the approved building system documentation
conforms to all of the applicable requirements of the applicable codes and
standards under each variation or set of variations within the range of
variations. Any material deviation from variations contained within the
approved building system documentation shall be approved by the evaluation
agency, consistent with this chapter, prior to the start of
construction.
