12 Pa. Code § 81.221 - Issuing subpoenas
(a) The Board of the Authority may issue a subpoena, directing the person named therein to appear before a hearing as provided in §§
81.201-81.210 (relating to examinations and investigations) at a designated time and place to testify or to produce documentary evidence, or both, relating to a matter under investigation by the Authority.
(b) The Board of the Authority or any authorized member thereof may issue a subpoena not directly related to the conduct of a hearing directing the person named to produce documentary evidence relating to a matter under investigation by the Authority.
(c) Subsections (a) and (b) supersede 1 Pa. Code §35.142 (relating to subpoenas).
