17 Pa. Code § 11.210 - Fires
The following activities are prohibited:
(1) Starting or maintaining a fire except in
a fireplace, grill, stove or other facility designated by the Department for
campfires or except with written permission of the Department.
(2) Leaving a fire unattended except with
written permission of the Department.
(3) Disposing hot charcoal except in a
facility designated by the Department for charcoal disposal.
