17 Pa. Code § 61.27 - Intergovernmental cooperation
(a) Points:
0, 1, 2, 3.
(b) A funding request
which involves a formally documented intergovernmental cooperative effort to
provide park and recreation facilities and programs will receive 1 to 3 points,
depending on the level of the cooperative effort involved. Documentation
verifying the cooperation will include the identification of the participating
municipalities or school districts, or both; copies of written cooperative
agreements executed between the participating municipalities/school districts;
and evidence confirming commitments of money to the effort by the participating
municipalities/school districts, including financial support for ongoing
operation, maintenance, programming and administration. A funding request
involving no intergovernmental cooperation will receive 0 points.
