19 Pa. Code § 3.31 - Fictitious names
(a) The fee for
filing a fictitious name registration or performing a service in connection
with an ancillary transaction is $52.
(b) As used in this section, the term
"ancillary transaction" includes preclearance of document, applications of
amendment, cancellation and withdrawal and decennial report.
