210 Pa. Code r. 3541 - Request for Identity of Informant
Where, pursuant to 18 Pa.C.S. ยง 5710(b), the Assigned Judge requests the identity of an informant, such proceedings must be on the record, except for the name or information that could lead to the identification of the informant which may be provided in camera and off the record.
