22 Pa. Code § 101.135 - Classroom equipment
An applicant or licensee offering indoor group theoretical instruction to five or more students shall provide in each classroom the following items:
(1) A desk or an
equivalent work station and a chair for each student in attendance.
(2) A writing board containing an area of at
least 24 square feet.
