22 Pa. Code § 4.34 - Programs and equipment
(a) A
satellite career and technical education program may be operated by an ACTS
board in conformity with a memorandum of understanding adopted with the
participating school district's board of school directors.
(b) Certified guidance personnel in each
secondary school and ACTS shall be assigned responsibility to provide pupils
with career and technical education guidance services.
(c) Equipment will be deemed appropriate if
it is compatible, insofar as practical, to that used in occupations or
households for which career and technical education is provided.
