22 Pa. Code § 405.13 - Grant agreements
(a)
After an eligible provider has been approved, the provider or lead agency shall
enter into a grant agreement with the Department. Grant agreements must
contain, at a minimum, a work statement and budget.
(b) Grantees shall contact the Department for
guidance if a change needs to be made to the scope of work or the budget
contained in the grant agreement.
