22 Pa. Code § 42.32 - Approval process
(a) The
process shall incorporate the institutional approval process, peer evaluation,
use of consultants, and coordination with the Department; and shall be
implemented according to guidelines or standards or both approved by the Board
and issued by the Department.
(b)
An institution having no prior approval for graduate programs and requesting
approval of a program leading to a graduate degree shall also comply with
§§
42.41-42.47 (relating to graduate
program approval procedure).
(c) An
institution having charter status shall also comply with §
40.56 (relating to additional
programs).
