22 Pa. Code § 59.34 - Restrooms
(a)
Separate rooms. There shall be separate restrooms for boys and
girls which shall be accessible and accommodating for all students.
(b)
Preschool. There shall
be one flush toilet and one washbowl for every 15 students. If the toilet and
washbowl facilities are not child size, platforms or steps of proper size shall
be provided.
(c)
Elementary. There shall be one flush toilet and one washbowl
for every 15 students in grades 1 through 3 and for every 20 students in grades
4 through 8.
(d)
Secondary. There shall be a minimum of one flush toilet for
every 20 girls and one washbowl for every 40 girls. There shall be a minimum of
one flush toilet, two urinals and one washbowl for every 40 boys.
