22 Pa. Code § 59.35 - Facility safety
The safety of a facility shall be based on the needs and limitations of the type of handicapped students enrolled in the program and shall include, but not be limited to:
(1) Accessibility for entering and exiting
the building.
(2) Ramps.
(3) Handrails.
(4) Fences.
