22 Pa. Code § 711.9 - Payments
(a) The child's
school district of residence shall provide the special education payments
required by section 1725-A(a)(3) of the act (24 P. S. §
17-1725-A(a)(3)) to the
charter school either when:
(1) A child with
an IEP begins attending the charter school or cyber charter school.
(2) The charter school or cyber charter
school has identified an enrolled child as a child with a disability under
IDEA, has developed an IEP for the child and notifies the district of residence
of the identification.
(b) When a child for whom a charter school or
cyber charter school received the special education payment required under
section 1725-A(a)(3) of the act enrolls in another public agency, private
school or private agency, the charter school or cyber charter school shall
immediately inform the child's school district of residence that its payment
responsibilities under section 1725-A(a)(3) of the act have ceased.
