237 Pa. Code r. 136 - Ex Parte Communication
A) Unless otherwise authorized by law, no
person shall communicate with the court in any way regarding matters pending
before the court unless all parties:
1) are
present or have been copied if the communication is written or in electronic
form; or
2) have waived their
presence or right to receive the communication.
B) If the court receives any ex
parte communication, the court shall inform all parties of the
communication and its content.
