25 Pa. Code § 105.46 - Implementation of erosion and sedimentation control plans
(a) During the construction of a dam, water
obstruction or encroachment, the permittee shall follow the erosion and
sediment control plan prepared in accordance with Chapter 102 (relating to
erosion and sediment control) and submitted as part of the
application.
(b) Construction must
be done in a manner to minimize erosion of banks and bed of the stream and
disturbance of the regimen of the stream.
