25 Pa. Code § 216.4 - Renewal of certificate of registration
(a) The Department will send an application for renewal of the certificate of registration to the registrant at least 2 months prior to the expiration date on the certificate of registration. The application for renewal will include references to the fee due under §
218.11 (relating to registration, renewal of registration and license fees).
(b) An applicant for renewal of a registration shall submit a signed application and the fee required under §
218.11 prior to the expiration date of the certificate of registration.
(c) The renewal becomes valid upon receipt of the properly completed application and the fee required under Chapter 218 (relating to fees).
