25 Pa. Code § 228.39 - Records
In addition to the requirements of 10 CFR Part 20, Subpart L (relating to records), the licensee shall maintain:
(1) Records of the tests and safety and warning devices described in §
228.35 (relating to operating procedures).
(2) The surveys described in §§
228.32a and 228.38 (relating to shielding and safety design requirements; and radiation safety survey).
(3) The radiation monitoring equipment calibrations and repairs of that equipment under §
228.36 (relating to radiation monitoring requirements).
