25 Pa. Code § 287.422 - Permit suspension or revocation
(a) The Department may hold a public hearing or informal conference prior to suspending or revoking a permit. The requirements for the hearings or conferences are those set forth for permit applications in §
287.153 (relating to public comments).
(b) The Department will publish in the Pennsylvania Bulletin notice of the revocation or suspension of a permit.
