inadequate to meet the sewage needs of the municipality, its residents or
property owners or because of newly discovered facts, conditions or
circumstances which make the plan inadequate. Official plan revisions shall be
submitted within 120 days of the Department's determination under this section,
unless the Department finds that additional time is necessary to complete the
planning consistent with this chapter.
(b) The Department will notify the
municipality in writing of:
(1) The reasons
for requiring a plan revision.
(2)
Minimum plan content requirements as contained in §
71.21 (relating to content of
official plans) and Subchapter D.
(3) Time limitations for plan completion,
including interim deadlines and compliance schedules the Department deems
necessary.
(4) The status of the
existing official plan.
