The reclamation plan shall include the necessary
information to demonstrate how the proposed sediment control measures will meet
the requirements of Chapter 102 (relating to erosion and sediment control) and
the additional erosion control requirements of Subchapter B, C or D (relating
to surface anthracite coal mines: minimum environmental protection performance
standards; anthracite bank removal and reclamation: minimum environmental
protection performance standards; and anthracite refuse disposal: minimum
environmental protection performance standards).
