25 Pa. Code § 90.44 - Air pollution control plan
An application shall include an air pollution control plan which includes the following:
(1)
A plan for fugitive dust control practices, as required under §
90.149 (relating to air resources
protection), and, if applicable, how the requirements of Chapters 123 and 127
(relating to standards for contaminants; and construction, modification,
reactivation and operation of sources) will be met.
(2) If required by the Department, an air
quality monitoring program to provide sufficient data to evaluate the
effectiveness of the air pollution control plan.
(3) A plan for monitoring the coal refuse
disposal site for fires or hot spots and a plan for eliminating fires and hot
spots.
