25 Pa. Code § 92a.5 - Prohibitions
(a) The provisions
of 40 CFR
122.4 (relating to prohibitions (applicable
to State NPDES programs, see 123.25)) are incorporated by reference.
(b) A permit may not be issued, modified or
reissued for a sanitary sewer overflow.
