25 Pa. Code § 963.6 - Funds and accounts
(a) The Authority may establish separate funds and accounts, under section 5(c) of the act (35 P. S. §
751.5(c)).
(b) On an annual basis, the Board will adopt a budget which will include an estimate by fund and account of monies anticipated to be available to the Authority during the fiscal year and monies anticipated to be committed for projects during the fiscal year.
(c) The Authority will establish the Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund to receive funds under section 603 of the Water Quality Act of 1987 (33 U.S.C.A. §
1383).
