31 Pa. Code § 124.2 - Notice to insured
The written notice required to be given to the insured under section 1608 of the act (40 P. S. § 991.1608) shall be:
(1) Substantially similar in content to that
set forth in section 1608(1) and (2) of the act.
(2) Prominently printed on the first page of
the quotation.
