31 Pa. Code § 152.20 - Investigations
(a) The
Commissioner and the Secretary may investigate a preferred provider
organization in order to determine whether it is complying with this
chapter.
(b) The Commissioner, the
Secretary and their deputies, agents and examiners will have free access to the
books, records, papers and documents of a preferred provider
organization.
