31 Pa. Code § 87.9 - Mutual funds
(a) A
life insurance company licensed in this Commonwealth and planning to
merchandise mutual funds shall, prior to the merchandising, file with the
Department complete details of the plan.
(b) If, after review, the Department finds
the merchandising plan unobjectionable, it shall notify the insurance company
in writing of the finding.
