31 Pa. Code § 88.121 - Applications
(a) Opinion-type
questions regarding the past or present health of the applicant should provide
that the applicant is to answer to the best of his knowledge and
belief.
(b) No provision shall be
permitted in an application which changes the terms of the policy to which it
is attached.
