31 Pa. Code § 88.91 - Definition
(a) "Elimination
period" means the initial period of time, during the continuance of a condition
insured against and specified in respect to a particular benefit, for which the
benefit will not be paid.
(b) The
periods shall be clearly expressed in the policy schedule or benefits page and
referenced in the benefit provision to which the elimination period
applies.
