31 Pa. Code § 89b.1 - Definitions
The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
Department-The Insurance Department of the Commonwealth.
Filer-A person or entity submitting insurance or annuity forms to the Department.
Prominent type-
(i) Font or formatting techniques which
differentiate selected text from other text.
(ii) The term includes, for example, capital
letters, contrasting color and underscoring.
