34 Pa. Code § 127.605 - Peer review-assignment by the Bureau
(a) The Bureau will randomly assign a
properly filed request for peer review to an authorized PRO.
(b) The Bureau will send a notice of
assignment of the request for peer review to the PRO, the Workers' Compensation
judge, counsel for the parties, or the parties, if unrepresented, and the
health care provider under review.
