34 Pa. Code § 127.606 - Peer review-reassignment
(a)
If a PRO is unable, for any reason, to perform a peer review assigned to it by
the Bureau, the PRO shall, within 5 days of receipt of the assignment, return
the request for peer review to the Bureau for reassignment.
(b) A PRO may not, under any circumstances,
reassign a request for peer review to another PRO.
(c) A PRO shall return requests for peer
review assigned to it by the Bureau if the PRO has a conflict of interest in
the request assigned to it.
