34 Pa. Code § 13.51 - Suspension of annual permit for an owner or operator
(a) The Department may suspend an owner's or
operator's annual permit for any of the following reasons:
(1) Failure to pay the required registration
fee in §
13.3 (relating to fees).
(2) Violation of the act or this
chapter.
