34 Pa. Code § 41.31 - General requirements for toilet rooms
(a) Each establishment where persons are
employed shall have toilet rooms for the convenience of the employes.
(b) Separate toilet rooms shall be provided
for each sex in any establishment where both men and women are employed. These
shall be clearly designated, and no person shall be permitted to use or
frequent a toilet room assigned to the opposite sex.
