34 Pa. Code § 95.92 - Contemptuous conduct
(a)
Contemptuous conduct shall be ground for exclusion from the hearing, and the
refusal of a witness to answer questions which have been ruled to be proper
shall be ground for striking out all testimony previously given by the witness
on related matters. Misconduct of an aggravated character, when engaged in by
an attorney or other representative of a party, shall be ground, after due
notice and hearing, for suspension or disbarment by the Board from further
practice before it.
