37 Pa. Code § 171.47 - Withdrawal of motions
(a) Where
a party wishes to withdraw his preliminary objections or motion, he shall
promptly file a praecipe to withdraw the preliminary objections or motion from
consideration.
(b) Subsection (a)
supersedes 1 Pa. Code §35.51 (relating to withdrawal of
pleadings).
