37 Pa. Code § 197.43 - Reply briefs
(a) A
party of record may file a brief in reply to the appeal brief. The filing of a
reply brief is mandatory for a party intending to participate in the hearing.
The brief shall be filed within 30 days of the filing of the appeal brief with
the Hearing Board.
(b) A reply
brief shall contain the following:
(1) A
summary of the facts.
(2) A
statement of the legal issues involved in the appeal.
(3) A statement of the legal arguments upon
which the replying party relies.
(c) No further prehearing briefs may be
filed, except by permission of the Hearing Board.
(d) The Hearing Board is not required to
accept for filing a reply brief filed beyond the time prescribed by subsection
(a) or an extension thereof granted by the Hearing Board.
