37 Pa. Code § 197.72 - Distribution of decision
A copy of the decision of the Hearing Board will be sent by first class mail to:
(1) The
petitioner.
(2) The Department or
the health systems agency which adopted or approved the regulation, criterion
or standard in question.
(3) The
Office of General Counsel.
(4) The
Office of Attorney General.
(5) A
person who has made a written request for a copy.
