37 Pa. Code § 21.54 - Hearing examiner
(a) A
hearing examiner will be appointed by the Commissioner to conduct requested
hearings.
(b) Subsection (a)
supplements 1 Pa. Code §35.185 (relating to designation of
presiding officers).
