37 Pa. Code § 431.24 - Waiver examination
(a) A
constable who has been granted a waiver of basic training shall attain a
passing score as established by the Board on the Board's basic training waiver
examination.
(b) A constable shall
have one opportunity to obtain a passing score on a basic training waiver
examination. A constable who fails the basic training waiver examination shall
complete basic training to obtain an initial certification.
