4 Pa. Code § 177.5 - Residual funds
(a) A candidate
or political committee with funds remaining after it has made valid
expenditures including contributions to other political committees shall use
its remaining funds to reimburse the contributors on a pro rata
basis.
(b) A final Annual Campaign
Financial Report shall be filed by January 31, following final disbursement of
residual funds.
