4 Pa. Code § 602a.19 - Cancellation of eligible lists
(a)
Cancellation permitted. The Office of Administration may
cancel an eligible list where it determines that illegality or fraud occurred
in connection with the eligible list.
(b)
Public hearing. Prior to
cancelling an eligible list, the Office of Administration shall hold a public
hearing, which shall be conducted in accordance with Chapter 607a (relating to
practice and proceedings before the Office of Administration) of this
subpart.
(c)
Notice. When an eligible list is cancelled, the eligibles
whose names remain on the list being cancelled shall be notified of the
cancellation.
